product is different from market common product, does not have cooling and does not reduce itchy immediately. But i do see slow progressive result, and my eczema symptoms improved a lots after a week, less itchy, less redness and the eczema patch getting smoothen out. i genuinely like the product for its efficacy. i guess repairing does require longer time and i can feel the difference.
